2. Order & Production Policy

All wholesale orders are confirmed only after written approval and payment confirmation.
Production starts once the agreed deposit is received (for custom or large orders). Standard orders are usually completed within 2 to 4 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

Please review your order details carefully before confirmation, especially product specifications such as size, color, or quantities.

3. Shipping & Export Policy

We ship from Peru and provide all necessary export permits and documentation.
We work with trusted shipping providers and will coordinate the best option for your location and volume. Shipping costs are usually covered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country, but we will provide full support and documentation if needed.

4. Returns & Claims Policy

As most of our products are handmade and made to order, all wholesale sales are final.
However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll assess the situation and provide a fair solution, which may include replacement or refund.
